Due the tremendous lack of priests in many dioceses, the Institute wishes plans to have more trained brothers, religious sisters and as well as lay catechists that they can be able to meet the challenges of the present modern world of science and technology in the Church. These well assist priests in solving spiritual moral and social problems of people of all ages ( physically, spiritually, socially and economically.
Also, we are aiming to have religious women and men who will work more efficiently together with the Church leaders in building the kingdom of God through their pastoral activities.

We are planning also to introduce the branch of education at the Diploma level and later Degree; this will be a place a little bit far from Rauya.
Having all these plans, more efforts are to be done to make sure that, the construction of the New Hostel is going to be accomplished that we can be able to introduce different seminars that the people of God may benefit from through this Institute. This will facilitate the realization of these plans, providing enough rooms for accommodation.
In view of all this greater effort is needed to ensure the construction of a new hostel that will enable TPI to introduce more courses and seminars that will cater to the current spiritual and moral needs of the people of God. The hostel will facilitate the realization of most of our future objectives and plans.
