The Institute has the following Objectives:

• To earn competent and sound catechists in Theology.
• To form agents of evangelization who foster theological understanding of the Pastoral work of the church.
• To research the Pastoral needs of the church and to make evangelization effective while promoting Small Christian Communities.
• To prepare future leaders of Religious Congregations.
• To promote Enculturation based on the Scripture and the teaching tradition of the Catholic church.
• To train people who will promote women empowerment and youth ministry in the Church.
