The vision of the Institute is to educate and form Pastoral Agents who will help:

• Teaching religion in Institutions (Primary Secondary Schools and Colleges etc).
• Instruct Catechumens.
• Administration work.
• Youth and Adults as future Church leaders.
• Instruct Sisters and Brothers of their own Communities.
• Formatters in their respective Congregations and Counseling in Pastoral Work.
